I'm a Hanoi-based Unity developer with 15 years in the game industry, currently working as a client lead at GearGames. I do not look at features in isolation. I think about the whole system: gameplay, architecture, tools, production flow, and the constraints that shape the final product.
I know how to build a game from zero, establish the technical foundation, align with clients and stakeholders, and carry that work through to a product that can actually ship and scale.
